â¢1 x can of lychees, drained
â¢6 kaffir lime leaves, very finely julienned
â¢1/2 teaspoon palm sugar
â¢1 tablespoon fish sauce
â¢Squeeze of lime juice
â¢Fresh Thai basil leaves, coriander and spring onion to garnish
