2 lbs Opakapaka (Brown Snapper)1 lb shrimp, cleaned and deveined1 can crab meat (optional)1/2 cup butter1 onion, finely chopped2 sticks celery, finely chopped1 red pepper, seeded & finely chopped1 green pepper, seeded & finely chopped4 green onions, finely chopped1 Tbs garlic, chopped1 Tbs parsley, choppedblack pepper, to taste2 cups bread crumbsFish or chicken stock

Sauce

2 Tbs butter2 Tbs flour1 cup half & halfsalt and pepper, to tastesplash of lemon juicesplash of white winedash of Worchestershire sauce2 Tbs capers
