For filling:

1 cup mascarpone cheese1 cup coconut Greek yogurt1/4 cup coconut cream2 eggs1 vanilla bean, split and scraped½ cup sugar3 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour¼ teaspoon salt1 quart strawberries, hulled and sliced (add Sugar to taste)
