1 tsp oil1 clove garlic pressed or minced1 tsp ginger minced1 tsp ground coriander seed1/2 tsp garam masala (or curry powder)1/4 tsp ground cumin1 1/2 tsp Thai red curry paste1 Tbs unsweetened peanut butter1/2 C coconut milk1 tsp fish sauce1/2 tsp brown sugar (omit if you’re using sweetened peanut butter)
