Ingredients

Crust:
1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoon cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons macadamia nut oil or canola oil
1 tablespoon ice water

Filling:
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon water
3/4 cup low-fat milk
2 large egg yolks
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cups sugar
1 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, finely chopped
1 tablespoon coffee liqueur (optional), such as Kahlúa
4 dried egg whites, reconstituted according to package directions (equivalent to 2 egg whites)
1/8 teaspoons cream of tartar
