4 stalks green onion, chopped

1 large bittermelon, seeded, thinly sliced
1 (20 oz.) block firm tofu , drained, 1-inch cubes
2 TB oyster sauce
2 TB soy sauce
1 TB Thai chili garlic paste
2 tsp. sugar
2 large eggs, beaten

This Recipe Is A Take On A Much Liked Okinawan Dish Called Goya Champuru.  A Popular Dish Of Bitter Melon And Egg.  Served Typically “donburi-style†In A Bowl Over Hot Steamed Rice.
