1 cup pecans

1/4 cup brown sugar

4 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/4 teaspoon salt

Filling:

3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

3/4 cups sugar

1/2 cup sour cream

3/4 cup passionfruit pulp

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon vanilla

4 eggs

1 1/2 tablespoons corn starch

Pinch of salt

Ganache:

10 ounces good quality dark chocolate

1 1/3 cups heavy cream

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

For best results, it is strongly recommended that you either use a  leak proof springform pan or a cheesecake moat.
