Terri's Sausage Kabobs

Ingredients

1 onion, cut in chunks1 bell pepper, cut in chunksSmoked sausage cut in chunksPineapple chunks (from the can)Whatever other veggies you like...I've used tomatoes, potatoes, carrots (the taters and carrots should be cooked a bit first or they won't get done), fresh green beans.Your favorite barbecue sauce Skewer all veggies and fruits on kabob sticks (soak sticks in water for 15 mins - while you're slicing veggies, to keep them from burning) and broil or grill for 5-10 mins, turning once. Slather them with the barbecue sauce and return to heat for 1 min. Serve over rice. You can also do this if you have Italian smoked sausage, but baste the veggies in italian salad dressing
