  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup sushi rice
  • 1 cup canned unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 8 sprigs cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons diagonally cut green onion tops

  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions (green parts only)
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 slices brioche, or home-style white bread
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted clarified butter
