For bread crumbs

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 cup fine fresh bread crumbs from a baguette
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
