For the Thai Beef Salad:1/4 cup carrots, shredded 1/4 cup dry sherry 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce 1/4 cup peanut oil 1/4 cup red bell peppers, julienned 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, chopped 1/4 cup shiitake mushroom, sliced 2 pounds sirloin,  thinly sliced 1/4 cup snow pea pod, fresh, blanched 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped 1 Tablespoon Thai Seasoning 2 cups vegetable oil 2 cups wild greens 6 Pieces wonton wrapper -- julienned For the Sesame Vinaigrette:1/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon ginger, minced 6 pieces green onion, finely diced 2 tablespoons honey 2 ounces rice wine vinegar 2 fluid ounces sesame oil 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted 2 fluid ounces teriyaki sauce
