Tomato-herb Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients

1   medium tomato, chopped 1   shallot, peeled and quartered 1/4 cup  red-wine vinegar 2 tablespoons  chopped fresh marjoram 1 tablespoon  chopped fresh rosemary 1 teaspoon  salt 1/2 teaspoon  freshly ground pepper 1 1/2 pounds  flank steak, preferably grass-fed, trimmed Tip: Kitchen Tip:  To oil a grill rack, oil a folded paper towel, hold it with tongs and rub it over the rack. (Do not use cooking spray on a hot grill).
