1 lb. Fresh Halibut Filet 2" thick
1/4 cup Peanut Oil
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped Macadamia nuts
1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
1/2 cup Panko crumbs
1/2 can coconut milk

Salsa:
1 Papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into 1" pieces
1 Mango, peeled, seeded and cut into 1" pieces
3 Tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
1 can Papaya Nectar(11.5 oz.)
1 teaspoon mint flakes, crushed
2 teaspoons chopped pickled ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
