- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice , freshly squeezed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper , freshly ground
- 2 Tbsp Cilantro Fresh , stems removed, leaves chopped
- 1 med Tomato , seeded and diced
- 1 Tbsp Parsley Curly Fresh , stems removed, leaves chopped
