- 1 Tbsp Ginger , fresh, minced
- 2 Tbsp Garlic , fresh, minced
- 1/3 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Clove , ground
- 1 tsp Cinnamon , ground
- 2 tsp Allspice , ground
- 1 tsp Nutmeg , ground
- 1 Tbsp Lime Zest , freshly grated
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice , freshly squeezed
