- 4 sprig Rosemary Fresh
- 6 sprig Thyme Fresh
- 1 bunch Mint Fresh
- 1 cup Red Wine
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 med Onion , peeled and cut into 2 inch chunks
- 2 med Red Pepper , seeded and cut into 2 inch chunks
