  • 2 Tbsp Dry Yeast
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar , to test the yeast's freshness
  • 1 cup Warm Water , about 110F (hotter and you may kill the yeast)
  • 6 ea Egg Yolk , large
  • 3 ea Egg large
  • 1/2 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 8 cup Flour , (2 lbs or 1 Kilo)
  • 1 cup Raisin , golden preferred, optional
