* 1/2 teaspoon dill
* 2-3 fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil
* 2-3 sprigs of fresh cilantro (optional)
* tablespoon red pepper flakes
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder, or 1 clove fresh garlic
* 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
* 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
* 1 cup of spelt flour
* salt and pepper to taste
