According to dictionary Salsa is a name given to any spicy sauce of finely chopped vegetables including tomatoes, onions and chilies, eaten with tortilla (a thin pancake), chips and other Mexican foods. Actually Salsa is the Mexican word for Sauce. There are many varieties of Salsa including cooked and uncooked, chunky to smooth, green to red, hot to mild! The recipe of Tomato Salsa Sauce is as follows -== Tomato (chopped) - medium size 4 nos.
== Spring onion (green onions without top) - ½ cup (sliced).
== Parsley - 3½ tsp.
== Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp.
== Oregano or Cilantro - 1 tbsp (finely chopped).
== Red chili powder - ½ tsp.
== Pepper - ¼ tsp.
== Garlic - 3 cloves (very finely chopped).
== Lime juice - 1 tbsp.
== Roasted coriander powder - ½ tsp.
== Salt to taste.
