Ingredients :1 lb. of catfish , cut into 2" pieces (You can use any fish of your choice)
1 medium sized onion, diced
1 medium size green bell pepper, diced
1 medium sized tomato, finely chopped
1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
3 green chillies, slit
a pinch of sugar
Oil, as required
1 cup water
For marination :
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp tomato ketch up
3 tbsp red chili sauce
1 tbsp Ginger and garlic paste
2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tbsp all purpose flour
Salt to taste
