Ingredients
- Handful bean sprouts, per person
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (you can also use prawns, fish, pork or vegetables)
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 x 400ml can coconut milk
- 2 coriander roots, chopped
- ½ tsp fish sauce
- Bunch fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups rice vermicelli (½ cup per person)
- ½ cup Thai (sweet) basil, chopped
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp Laksa Paste (or Thai red curry paste)
