Ingredients
- 1 Tblsp brown sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 1/2 tsp garlic pdr
- 1 tsp dried chilli pdr
- 1 tsp freshly grd black pepper
- 1 tsp grd allspice
- 1/4 tsp grd cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp grd nutmeg
- 6 (200g each) trout fillets, skin on
- 80 ml (1/3cup) olive oil.
