- 2 cups beef or vegetable stock
- 1 can Italian diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. caster sugar
- 3 Tblsp. fresh torn basil leaves
- 2 tsp. finely grated lemon rind
- sliced ciabatta bread, grilled, to serve.
