- 2 tbsp sunflower oil

- 500 g (1 lb 2 oz) skinless turkey breast steaks, cut into thin strips
- 1½ tbsp mild chilli powder, or more to taste
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- 1 can chopped tomatoes, about 400 g
- 40 g (1½ oz) raisins
- 150 ml (5 fl oz) chicken stock, preferably home-made
- 3 tbsp toasted flaked almonds
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- salt and pepper
- sprigs of fresh coriander to garnish
