  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 3 tablespoons wheat bran, such as Jordans
  • 410g (14 oz) bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons dried active baking yeast
