  • 300g seeded, and sliced butternut squash
  • 150g sliced parsnips
  • 150g chopped sweet potatoes
  • 125g sliced celery
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 125ml soured cream
  • 3 tablespoons plain flour
