- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 1 Scotch bonnet chill or to taste, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
