- 750ml chicken stock
- salt, pepper and celery salt, to taste
- 60g grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 250ml milk
- 85g chopped portabello mushrooms
- croutons for garnish, if desired
