  • For the sauce:
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1/4 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 2 limes, juice only
  • 1 pinch of ground paprika
  • 10 allspice berries
  • 10 cloves
  • 200ml annatto oil
