• 1/2 half teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 drops lemon flavouring
• 2 eggs
• 80 ml milk
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg or grated nutmeg
• sprinkle ginger for the icing
• 3 oz butter
• 6 oz icing sugar
• 1-2 tblsp milk for the buttercream icing
• 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon for the icing
