Salmon & Haddock Fish Cakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Medium size potatoes peeled, boiled & Mashed
  • 50-100g Small fresh salmon fillet
  • 50-100g smoked white haddock fillet (can use smoked cod)
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp medium curry powder
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 1 clove of crushed garlic
  • 1 tblspn flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt & pepper and chopped parsley or coriander to taste
  • breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 green/red/orange pepper finely diced

Description
