  • 30g breadcrumbs
  • 1 hard boiled egg, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, leaves only
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 filo sheets
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
