  • 250ml natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 125ml water
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
