- 800g tomato pasta sauce (passata)
- 2 cups (500ml) honey
- 2 cups (500ml) molasses
- 2 cups (440g) white sugar
- 375ml hoisin sauce
- 300ml oyster sauce
- 3/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 150ml Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup (250ml) distilled white vinegar, or to taste
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Description
This Sauce Goes Great With Pork Or Beef. It Works Especially Well Poured Over Spare Ribs And Slow Cooked In A Slow Cooker Until The Meat Is Falling Off The Bones.
