Ingredients
- 50g butter
- 1 tsp freshly crushed garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chorizo sausages, diced
- 500g beef mince
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 frozen hash browns, broken into twenty pieces
- 1 1/2 cup of diced vegetables like corn kernels, peas and cauliflower and broccoli florets
- 3 teaspoons onion flakes
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 tsp broken green peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp broken black peppercorns
- 1/2 tsp broken white peppercorns
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 teaspoons beef stock powder, mixed with a teaspoon of flour and about 1/2 cup of water to a meat gravy consistency
