- 1 cup granola, store bought, or use the recipe below and make your own
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (try the Fage brand)
- 1 pint fresh blueberries or other fresh berries, cut into bite-size pieces if large
- 4 tablespoons honey
- For the homemade granola: (This makes a big batch!)
- 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 cups pecans or walnuts
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup canola oil or coconut oil
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup golden raisins
Makes 4 parfaits
