- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
- For the peanut sauce:
- 1/4 cup natural unsalted peanut butter, creamy or chunky
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Special equipment:
- Wooden skewers (1 per chicken strip)
