  • pepper
  • 1 pound bones referably lamb, but if not, beef, veal or chicken
  • 4 ounce carrots
  • 1 medium tomato roughly chopped
  • 2 stalks celery roughly chopped
  • 1 medium onion roughly chopped
  • 4 clove garlic roughly chopped
  • 2 cups cabernet sauvignon wine or shiraz/syrah
