Ingredients

• Crust:
• 1 C. flour
• 3 Tbs. sugar
• 1 stick margarine, melted
• 1 C. chopped pecans
• Filling:
• 1 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 C. powdered sugar
• 1 3.4 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
• 1/4 C. milk
• 1 8 oz. package Cool Whip
• 2 15 oz. cans mandarin oranges, drained
• 1 10 oz. jar maraschino cherries, drained and cut in half, reserve 4 Tbs. juice
• 1/2 C. pecan chips

Description

I Had Unexpected Company One Afternoon And Did Not Have A Dessert To Serve. So I Improvised With Ingredients I Had On Hand. It Was A Hit And I Serve It Quite Often.
