- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbs. onion flakes
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mushrooms
- 6 oz. cottage cheese
- 1 egg
- 3 oz. mozzarella cheese, cut in strips
