  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 large onion, sliced into rounds and separated
  • 1 clove crushed garlic (or to taste)
  • 2 Tbs. paprika
  • 2 Tbs. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1 C. low fat chicken broth
  • 6 plum or 4 regular tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 large green pepper, seeded, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4-1/2 C. light sour cream
