- Whites of 3 large eggs, stiffly beaten
- Fat-Free Alfredo Sauce:
- 5 oz. can fat-free evaporated milk
- 1/2 medium clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt-free Italian seasoning
- 1/8 tsp pepper, or to taste
- 4 medium fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 tsp light margarine
- 1/2 fresh lemon's juice
