  • 5 lbs. of chicken wings (disjointed and tips removed)
  • 1/2 C. red Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1/2 C. green Louisiana hot sauce
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce (omit if using All Cajun Food brands for the above)
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 habanero pepper, seeded and diced (optional; this makes the wings very hot)
  • 2 tbsp. Cajun spice rub
  • Tuttle Barbecue Sauce
  • 4 C. ketchup
  • 1/2 C. dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. cayenne (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 tsp. onion salt
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
