- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 habanero pepper, seeded and diced (optional; this makes the wings very hot)
- 2 tbsp. Cajun spice rub
- Tuttle Barbecue Sauce
- 4 C. ketchup
- 1/2 C. dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. cayenne (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke (optional)
