Ingredients

  • 1 C. bottled salsa, divided
  • 1 8 oz. carton low-fat sour cream
  • 6 10-inch flour tortillas
  • 1 1/2 C. chopped cooked chicken breast (about 3/4 lb.)
  • 1/3 C. chopped tomato
  • 1/3 C. chopped green or red bell pepper
  • 1/4 C. chopped onion
  • Cooking spray
  • 3/4 C. (3 oz.) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Description

Serve A Veggie-packed Chicken Tortilla Casserole That Bakes For Only 15 Minutes. Add Cheese At The End Of Baking So It Has Time To Melt, But Not Brown.
