  • 1 bunch Green onions (white and green parts), chopped
  • 2 Fresh green chilies ie. jalapenos, seeded & minced (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp Whole cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chile powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Wonton wrappers or phyllo pastry
