- pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup sliced button mushroom
- 1/8 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup beef stock
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Â Â Â Â or beef bouillon, dissolved in half a cup of water
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
