Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried chick peas, soaked overnight, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup dried navy beans, soaked overnight, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup dried red kidney beans, soaked overnight, drained and rinsed
  • 1 large red onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1/2 cup organic* olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme, stemmed and chopped fine
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary, stemmed and chopped fine
  • Unrefined sea salt* to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
