- 5 fillets 5 skinless salmon filets (approx 6 oz or 175 g each)
- Paper towel
- 1/2 teaspoon tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon tsp thyme leaves
- 1 bag 1 bag cut and washed Romaine (spinach for the adults)
- 2 1 or 2 Mandarin oranges
- Slivered onion (optional)
