- 1/3 cup Milk (try soy milk)

- 1 tablespoon Chicken Bouillon Powder
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Pinch of Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Curry Powder
- 5 cups Broccoli Florets (1 lb / 450 gms)
- 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash Table Blend
