  • 20-24 baby potatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth, low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/2 cup 1% milk
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce
